KLAUS WERNER

Managing Director & Founder

Klaus is a Global Senior Executive with a unique blend of cross functional and cross industry experience leading large, omnichannel organizations through change, growth, and digital transformation.  


He has served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Head of eCommerce, Head of Marketing, and has been a consulting partner for some of the world’s most respected brands.


A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Klaus grew up in a trilingual household, son of a German Executive and an Ecuadorian Real Estate Professional.  His international background and language skills enabled him to hold roles supporting global businesses in the United States, Asia, Mexico, Canada, Latin America and Europe.

Klaus has delivered outstanding results as a respected leader and strong mentor. He has led teams of over 500 associates in Marketing, eCommerce, Technology, Data, and Enterprise Analytics.

In addition to his role as Managing Director and Founder of Egility Group, he is a Senior Consultant with Fit For Commerce, delivering strategy projects and digital transformation for some of the world's most respected brands.

JILL POLLARD

Advisor, Executive Coaching

Jill has over 20 years of professional experience. Her expertise is coaching senior leaders to maximize performance and leadership. Jill joined Head Coach in 2010 and has worked with leaders at Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, privately held companies. She is known for her focus on building trust-based relationships, her thoughtful approach, and her ability to ask insightful questions to advance a discussion. Jill completed a coaching training program at the Center for Creative Leadership and has served as a coach in Emory University’s Executive Education Program. She is a Birkman certified consultant and a Myers-Briggs (MBTI) certified practitioner. Jill earned her MBA and BA at Emory University where she also spent 10 years working at the Goizueta Business School and ultimately became the Director or Advising and Leadership for the BBA program. Prior to this, Jill held positions in marketing, sales and operations at a national hotel franchise company. She resides in Atlanta with her husband and their three children and is an avid runner.

HAROLD BALL

Advisor, Data and Analytics

Harold Ball is an analytics strategy consultant and serial entrepreneur, with over twenty years of experience applying advanced math to solve big data problems in marketing, finance and operations.  His work focuses on helping companies to design and implement platforms that collect, commercialize and optimize the value of data assets.


Harold holds advanced degrees in Econometrics, founded three data science consulting firms, and served on the faculty of Georgia State University in Atlanta Georgia, where he co-founded the Institute for Insight and Big Data Lab in the Robinson College of Business. He also worked in Telecom marketing for BellSouth/AT&T, and in financial services risk modeling and consulting for Experian and CRIF.


Since 2015, Harold has been living and working in China, as a consultant to marketing agencies and Chinese data companies, setting up and managing DMPs for programmatic digital advertising, and helping to enhance his client companies’ data-driven business culture with his background in teaching and mentoring others.

SCOTT YOUNG

Advisor, eCommerce Technology

Scott has more than 18 years in the consulting industry. During his career, Scott has worked with clients across multiple industries, but his experience over the past 7 years has been focused on providing unique business solutions to some of the industry’s leading retail and consumer products companies. Scott’s focus is finding ways for his clients to optimize their web channel along with creating a consistent multi-channel experience. Scott provides leadership in e-business strategy development, e-commerce implementations, technology assessment and selection, and large technology integrations.


Scott’s core role is to maintain executive client relationships and ensure the quality of client engagements. Scott Serves as the leader at his company's Retail and Consumer Goods Practice and is also very active in the community, serving on multiple charity / civic boards.

DR. HOWARD SHAPIRO

Advisor, Talent and Leadership

Howie has more than forty years of successful experience as a coach, consultant, educator and counselor. He has been a licensed psychologist since 1975. His work has included coaching senior level executives at major companies in the United States and abroad, and in a variety of industries including transportation, consumer packaged goods, financial services, retail and government. He is known for both the depth and breadth of his work, his up close and personal style, sense of humor, and his commitment to the success and welfare of his clients. Howie earned his BA from Brandeis University, his MA from Boston University and his PhD from University of Minnesota. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (Division of Consulting Psychology) and the Georgia Psychological Association. Howie and his wife, and all of their children and grandchildren, live in Atlanta.
